We will continue to strengthen our core business by building upon economies of scale, while providing the most proficient levels of care and medical transportation service possible for the customers and patients we serve now and those we will serve in the future.  This strategy increases every day by the utilization of ambulances through a growth in both emergency and non-emergency services we provide across the state of Tennessee. 

We are able to gain operational efficiencies and effectively manage the cost of providing services by having dedicated managers who effectively coordinate communications, fleet operations, personnel staffing, and assure that daily transports are on time, and the staff are polite and courteous within all aspects of our organization.
